We offer returns within 30 days of fulfillment* on unused, unopened items. If you would like to return something you ordered, please respond to your order or shipping confirmation email (or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address on your account if applicable, with reference to your original order number) with a description of what you would like to return and why, and confirmation that it is unused and unopened, within 30 days of fulfillment*. We cannot offer free returns at this time for shipping orders.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). If an item is used or damaged, you will not be refunded for it.
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, or defective, please respond to your shipping or order confirmation email (or email email@example.com with your order number from the email address on your account) with a photo of the damaged or defective item within 14 days of fulfillment*, and we will issue you a replacement (inventory allowing), or refund to your original payment method if you prefer. Please indicate your preference for replacement or refund in the email.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to immediately refund the full amount. If the shipment is already on its way to you, we will have to go through the usual return process.
Online orders with shipping: Fulfillment date is the date we ship out the package, on which date the customer will get a shipping confirmation email from Sendle.
Local delivery orders: Fulfillment date is the date delivered.
Store pickup orders: Fulfillment date is the date the order is picked up.
In store purchases: Fulfillment date is the date purchased in store.
