How often do Open Enrollment Periods open?

The box will be open for new subscribers each month from the first of the month through the 25th of the month.

What items come in my box?

Each box is crafted with eco-friendly materials items and additional resources that are designed around life themes (such as the kitchen, the bathroom, cleaning, etc.) or the theme of the year. We promise - once you start using the sustainable swaps, you won’t know how to live without them.

Can I return items in my box?

Items in the box are all sold as a set. Individual items or the box as a whole cannot be returned.

When can I expect my box to arrive?

Your box will ship the first week of each month. Depending on how far you live from our store in Kirkland, WA, delivery time will vary. However, all boxes should arrive by the end of the second week of each month. As soon as boxes are shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to stay informed on your box’s location.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only offer shipping within the United States.

Are boxes available for local pickup?

Yes! If you live near Kirkland, WA and would like to save on shipping costs, we would be delighted to have you pick up your box in our shop. Boxes that are not being shipped will be available for pick up at Scoop Marketplace in Juanita the first week of the month. Order your Scoop Swap Box with pickup.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Please email us at thebox@scoopmarketplace.com with a description of your damages and a few photos. We will work with damaged boxes on a case by case basis to best meet the needs of each individual Scoop Subscriber.

How do payment charges work?

Your credit card will be charged for one month ($55 plus tax and shipping) when you initially subscribe. After that, your credit card will automatically be charged on the 20th of the month for the following box.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no cancellation fees and you may cancel your membership at any time after your first month. In order to not be charged for the upcoming box, you must cancel by 5 pm on the 19th of the month.
