A mixture used throughout China and parts of southeast Asia to season meats, poultry, and pan fried foods. Organic anise seed powder, organic & fair trade black pepper ground, organic fennel seed powder, organic & fair trade cassia cinnamon powder, and organic & fair trade clove powder.

The small 1.5 oz jar holds approximately 7 teaspoons.
