Our Organic Pastry Flour ground is from Soft White Club Wheat grown by Huntons' Farm in Junction City, Oregon, then milled locally at Camas Country Mill in North Eugene. This mill is Organic certified by Oregon Tilth. The milling process does not heat the grain or flour, keeping the volatile oils and nutritional benefits intact and thus making this a raw product. This Organic Pastry Flour is made from whole wheat grain, with a small portion of the bran removed.
This item comes packed in a compostable bag. Please remove tin-tie at top of bag before disposing of in a commercial composting receptacle.
