Ingredients: White Quinoa, Pinto Beans, Kidney Beans, Pink Beans, Black Beans, Roasted Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Smoked Paprika Powder, Pacific Sea Salt, Onion Powder. All ingredients are organic.
Additional Ingredients Needed: 10 cups water 1 can (12 oz) tomato sauce
Instructions: Pour the contents of the jar into a large pot along with the water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer (turn to low or medium low). Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Taste a few of the larger beans to check for doneness, and cook until they reach your desired texture. Add extra water if it gets too thick.
Note: This chili is great on its own, but can be customized! Try adding your favorite vegetables, pasta, millet, rice, etc. Additional ingredients will likely require more water.
